Walk & Talk Therapy
Together we venture out to get our bodies moving, while I support you in processing in the way that best suits you. Sessions can include gentle movement practices, nature therapy, sound practices, regulatory activities to nourish the body and the mind. Book a free consult to discuss further.

In-person: Takes place at a variety of outdoor locations across central and South Perth, the Golden Triangle, and Fremantle; as discussed and agreed with you. Terms & Conditions:
An initial intake process must be completed before walk and talk therapy sessions can commence. This includes a free virtual consult, and a paid virtual intake meeting; as discussed in stages 1-4 listed further down on this page. This is to ensure that walk and talk therapy is appropriate for the type of support that you are seeking, and that my services are appropriate for your needs.
It is your responsibility to ensure that walk and talk therapy will be suitable for your health requirements, and fitness level. Please speak to your GP to ensure that you are of suitable fitness to undertake walks; which may include walks in natural environments that may feature rough terrain, unlevel flooring, stairs, sand and gravel.
Travel (e.g. by vehicle from your home to a walk start location) is not available for any part of walk and talk therapy. However, assistance with directions is provided.
In case of bad weather, we can adjust the plan 24-hours before the session, by moving the session to an indoor setting community setting, or meeting virtually; depending on what would be best for you.

This offering is for those seeking a held space for them to process, celebrate, or mark an occasion. Its specific content will be unique to your needs and scenario, and these sessions can run from 15 minutes to over an hour; as your event or session requires. Please book a free consultation to discuss the type of session that you require, and cost options.
This session can particularly suitable for:
Marking transitions, change, or achievement.
Processing grief, strong emotions, or forgiveness.
Celebrating, remembering, manifesting, or moving forwards.
Ways space can be held:
With sound, music, poetry, or song.
By gathering and releasing items from or to a place; in ritual.
With silence, in a scenic or poignant location.

Our Easy 4 Stage Intake and Support Process!
1. Arrange a free 15-minute consult via the button below. This is a no pressure conversation about the type of session that you are interested in booking, and the suitability of this according to your unique goals and needs. This is also the time to discuss my skillset, and how this may align to support you. This is also a great time to discuss practicalities and availability, and for you to raise any questions that you may have.
2. Following your free consult, once it has been agreed that my services will be suitable, I will email a link to book your paid intake session. This session is typically held virtually, unless otherwise agreed within out free consult session. Within this session I will meet with you, to discuss your unique situation in further depth, and evaluate which of the services I provide will be most suitable for your needs. I will supply evidence of my credentials at this meeting. You will then have the option to proceed, or ask me further questions.
3. Once it has been agreed that we can proceed, within 72 hours I will email you your service agreement. This details the services that will be delivered by me to you, and the terms and conditions by which these services are provided. Once again, I am happy to answer questions.
4. Self-Pay Clients: Once the service agreement is signed, you will be emailed a link to book your sessions. You can then pay and reserve an available regular calendar slot of your choosing. Your sessions will then begin, at the time that suits you.
4. NDIS Clients: For NDIS clients the process will be completed as agreed in the intake session.

My career spans 25-years. I bring lived experience of growing up 'at risk' at overcoming significant barriers to achievement. I have applied my knowledge in frontline roles as a youth and community sector leader, before qualifying to teach, and then leading large-scale senior management service development and transformation as an applied sociologist. This includes undertaking executive and government minister advisory roles in both The UK and Australia. I have overseen workplace initiatives for teams of up to 4500 and provided direct managerial guidance for project manager teams of up to 80. Furthermore, I have advised researcher teams internationally on safe and ethical research practices.
