All sessions (including consults and intakes) are governed by standard confidentiality rules; whereby personal content discussed is confidential, however should you make a disclosure that suggests significant risk of harm to a child, yourself, or another person; then I am professionally bound to report this. Please feel free to ask questions regarding this at your free consult or at intake; it is standard practice for me to also flag this with you within these intake sessions.

The completion of a free consult, or an intake, does not guarantee support. Support provision is agreed on signing of a service agreement; as detailed below.

Support with capacity building (if NDIS), employment/life skills, or school set homework tasks in English and literacy, Humanities and social sciences, or creative subjects; as agreeed with parent/carer.

Dedicated time with the parent/carer(s) to discuss the child's progress and wellbeing during the session, and to identify next steps between sessions.

Standard Price Would be 2 x 1 Hour Fees + Travel (calculated from Fremantle home base). So $400 for full session fees and $320 concession* fees. The Wrap Around Support Package is packaged at $300 for the session across 2 hours when 4 sessioned are paid for at once. It includes extras as detailed below:

Package Bonus: 4 Sessions Timetabled at 2 Hours Each for $1200* ($300* per Session) + Travel (as calculated from 6160)

This package includes the writing of up to 8 letters or emails per 4-week period, with regards to the communication of the child's needs or support to other professionals; as required by other professionals in order to support the child. Terms and conditions in regard to this will be included within the service user agreement; following intake as described below in the 4-Stage intake process section further down the page.

This package is designed for families seeking 3-6 months+ of support as a minimum. For practitioner capacity reasons, there are limited spots for this support. Families undertaking this program will be agreeing to weekly support, with the same 2-hour slot being reserved for them. Families paying for the month ahead receive the package discount and ensure that their child's needs are prioritised. To maintain the package price, families are required to book in for the following month more than 7 days before its start. Families may pause or rearrange 2 sessions per month maximum, with 72 hours notice of the session by emailing inquiries@wetackletrauma.com

My Wrap Around Support Package is timetabled as 2 hours, with 90 minutes of support for the child, and 30 minutes support with the parent

My Easy 4 Stage Intake to Support Process!

1. Arrange a free 15-minute consult via the button below. This is a no pressure conversation about the support that you are seeking, My skillset, and how these may align to support your child or children. Plus, a chance to discuss practicalities and availability.

2. Following your free consult, once it has been agreed that my services will be suitable for your child or children, I will email a link to book your paid intake session. Within this session I will meet with you and your child/ren (separately and individually), to discuss your unique situation in further depth, and evaluate which of the services I provide will be most suitable for your child's needs. I will supply evidence of my credentials at this meeting. You will then have the option to proceed to booking, or ask me further questions.

3. Once it has been agreed that we can proceed, within 72 hours I will email you a service agreement for your child's support. This details the services that will be delivered by me to them, and the terms and conditions by which these services are provided. Once again, I am happy to answer questions.

4. Self-pay Clients: Once the service agreement is signed, you can then pay and reserve an available regular calendar slot of your choosing. Sessions can then begin. Sessions are reviewed on a monthly basis, two weeks before the next payment cycle.

4. NDIS Clients: For NDIS clients the process will be completed as agreed in the intake session.

Do you offer single sessions?

Yes, sessions can be booked on an individual basis too. However, for children, regular support provided with routine typically has the most benefit.

Do you work with more than one child in the same family?

Yes, when appropriate I am able to support more than one child in a family. Instances when this would not be appropriate can be discussed during the initial free consult meeting, or by email to inquiries@wetackletrauma.com
